Update from SC ABA Legislative Affairs Committee and Executive Board!
On April 8, 2025, Jacqui Williams, current SC ABA president, presented a position statement during the subcommittee hearing on House Bill 3974 supporting ABA in Schools.
As Jacqui stated, this “…will strengthen our capacity to serve individuals and expand access to quality ABA services. SC ABA remains committed to collaborating with stakeholders to foster solutions that enhance provider availability and improve outcomes for those in need.”
SC ABA is excited to engage more with members and hear presenters’ discussions on this topic during the 2025 conference!
